Carl	This is a beautiful apartment. I've looked for one like this since I got married. Este es un hermoso apartamento. Yo he buscado uno así deste que me casé.
Tom	Well, in that case you had better hurry, because I have rented two apartments in this building today, and this is the last one. Bueno, en ese caso ustede debe darse prisa, porque Yo he rentado dos apartamentos en este edificio hoy, y este es el último que queda.
Carl	What about the neighbors? Are they quiet? ¿Y los vecinos? ¿Son tranquilos?
